I'm mad.  I can't hide it.  I am fuming right now!!!!
I have worked my butt off for the last month!!!!
It hasn't been easy.  It has made my life really busy, but I have persevered and kept on going to the gym 3 times a week during the mornings and 5 nights a week. . . . . has it paid off?????
I just had my fitness test today and I am either the same or worse on almost every aspect of my physical fitness.
I am FURIOUS!!!!
I have worked my butt off and the results are ZERO!!!!
Well, that's not true. . . . I am more hydrated and I burn more calories without doing anything. . . . . which, honestly, is what I feel like doing. . . . NOTHING!!
So, yeah, that's my life right now.
I'm mad
I plan to stay mad for the rest of the day.
I then plan to drag my butt to the gym tomorrow.
Something WILL change though.

Oh Megan! I'm sorry I've been working out for the past 7 weeks and haven't had much change either BUT do you have more energy? Do you feeling good doing something for yourself? Are there other benefits? Of course! I hope you say turns better and things turn your way! You are amazing... Truest thing ever! Because in my eyes I don't know how you do it all!

I hate exercise ;) Someone should create something that makes us skinny and fit just by doing - well - nothing ;) I am sorry you didn't get a better "score". Kristin is right though - it could be some little changes like energy and just time to think that are side benefits! Love ya!!!

It can an usually takes 6 weeks before the weight begins to shed! Yes. Six weeks BUT you'll get there and feel fabulous getting there. Chin up :). I'm Proud of u megs!!!

I'm with Suzanne -- it will come -- it came on slowly, will come off slowly -- but because you are doing it the RIGHT way, it will STAY off!!! And you are building muscle, and endurance!! I'm proud of you, and hope to follow your example after this baby comes!

What does the test entail?
