50 Odd things about me. . .

So I was doing my daily blog check and I noticed this on Mandy's blog and so I thought that I would do it too because I have nothing interesting to say this morning.

1. Do you like blue cheese? If you had asked me that 10 years ago I would have scrunched up my face and said "Eeeew gross! Why would you ask me something like that??" However, as I have gotten older and done more with food I have discovered that blue cheese is something that can be useful to have in some recipes. . . so I guess I like it more and more every day.
2. Have you ever smoked heroin ? Not even thought about it.
3. Do you own a gun? Not yet, but Otto is working on me
4. Wax or Shave your body parts? SHAVE. . . I'm not hairy and waxing seems too painful!
5. Do you get nervous before doctor appointments? Honestly, yes! I get nervous before any appointment of any kind
6. Real or fake nails. My nails are always real because there is no point in getting fake nails when I am not allowed to have my finger nails past the edge of my fingers. It doesn't work well for cooking or playing the piano.
7. Favourite Christmas song? Mary's Lullaby
8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Water
9. Can you do push ups? No. I'm pathetic
10.What's your favourite piece of jewellery? My memorial locket for Robin
11. Favourite hobby? What? I have to pick only 1?? Okay it is the singing while I am cooking and digital scrapbooking hobby.
12 Do you have A.D.D.? Probaby. I can never focus and so I think that's why I have to do 100 things at once!
13. What's one trait that you hate about yourself? Being shy

15. Name 3 thoughts at this exact moment? I am really glad that my sisters are all home for this weekend because I miss them like crazy. Stupid Edmonton! (sorry Ashley, but it stole my sisters) and why are my kiddies growing up so fast???
16. Name 3 drinks you regularly drink? water, water, water (what can I say? I LOVE water and I love for things to be in their most natural form when I cook, hence the love of water)
17. Current worry right now? That I won't be able to have a nice Christmas this year
18. Current hate right now? Edmonton (for stealing my sisters. . . oh wait . . . did I already say that?
19. Favourite place to be? at the cabin or farm
20. How did you bring in the New Year? We invited another family over and ordered chinese food and played games and let the kids open their traditional hourly presents
21. Like to go? To my parent's house
22. Name three people who will complete this? me, myself and I (I am not requiring anyone else to participate!)
23. Do you own slippers? Sure do. . . tons of them!
24. What colour shirt are you wearing? White sweater
25. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? I don't know. . . I have never had the opportunity. But if I did I would definitely be willing to try anything once!

27. Favourite colour? Actually I have two . . . green and brown (I know they sound boring, but it's true!
28. Would you be a pirate? no, but I sure do like to say Aaaaarrrrrgghhh
29. What songs do you sing in the shower? I actually don't sing in the shower!
30. Favourite girl's name? Actually I have 3. . . can you guess what they are?
31. Favourite boy's name? I have 2 of those too. . . Lee and Dustin
32. What's in your pocket right now? a cheque from my Grandma
3. Last thing that made you laugh? My sisters
34. Best bed sheets as a kid? Who remembers things like that??? I have NO clue!
34. Worst injury you've ever had? Taking all of the skin off of my knees when I had my toiletpapering accident at a seminary party.
35. Do you love where you live? LOVE IT!! And I am THRILLED that the new temple will be within 10 minutes from my house!!!
36. How many TV's do you have in your house? 3 that we currently use and one more that's in the basement that Otto is going to hook up any day now. (What you think that's a lot??? Well my mom has 13!)

38. How many pets do you have? At the moment, 2. Zeke (my doggie) and Kiera (my beautiful cat)
39. Does someone have a crush on you? I kind of think that this guy named Otto has the biggest crush on me!
40 What is your favourite book? OK now I am revealing my deepest darkest secret. . . I actually read a TON of books but I would have to say that my All Time Favorite is The Diary of a Worm. Yes it is a children's book, but so is my second favorite. . . The Monster at the End of this Book. What can I say??? I have 5 kids!
41. What is your favourite lollie? Oooooh my mom used to have these AMAZING lollipops in her store and I always LOVED the pina colada one! What ever happened to those anyways?
42. Favourite Sports Team? The Golden Eagles . . . never heard of them??? Well their star player is Abby (or at least she is MY star player)
43. What were you doing 12am last night? Helping Amanda get Treyden to sleep
44. What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up? Why is Elisa calling me? (Turns out it was for a stuffing recipe)
45. Worst habit? Being bossy
46. Do you play an instrument? Yes, I play the piano and I sing
47. How long does it take you to get to work? Well I have several jobs (most of which I do at home) so usually it only takes me 1 second to get to work!
48. Plans for the weekend? Clean today and then family BBQ. Church and Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow and Family pics on Monday.
49. If you could eat anything in the world right this second? Oooooh a nice thick dark chocolate torte with a dab of whipped cream and raspberry coulee. . . my downfall!
50. Do you like the person who sent this to you? I sent this to me, so the answer is YES!
