Just an update

So awhile ago I posted about how I was going to a clinic to lose weight. . . well I just wanted to update you and let you know that there is now 15 lbs less of me for you to love. Don't be sad though. . . it's quality not quantity that counts!

Congratulations on your progress! 15 pounds is a lot. Please keep sharing your healthy recipes (you should seriously have a food blog). After Adri was born I stopped eating meat and dairy products, and I'm always looking for delicious-but-not-deadly recipes.

That's awesome. As soon as this baby comes out (which hopefully will have about a 15 pound affect), I'm totally joining you in the "healthy" quest. Jarett has been going strong and I'm going to join him and try to get back to a "normal" BMI. We shall see. Good luck with everything.
